Since the very beginning of the East Lancashire Hospice over 25 years ago, the hospice has been able to provide a special place where people who are suffering from life limiting illnesses throughout Blackburn, Darwen, Hyndburn and the Ribble Valley can come and receive that extra special care they need.
A life limiting illness can be very hard to come to terms with and that is why East Lancashire Hospice are there. Providing specialist care for patients and supporting them and ensuring their end of life care occurs both in the hospice at their homes.
The care that they provide day in and day is vital, well deserved and extremely professional and dignified.
